Devayur Desi Ghee is crafted using the traditional Ayurvedic method during the waxing moon fortnight which enhances milk and butter qualities. Made from cultured butter, the culture is fermented for 24 hours and then cooked on fire (Agni), an essential Ayurvedic element representing metabolic energy. Mantras from the Vedas are recited to further energize the Ghee. With a high smoke point of 485°F, it maintains stability under high heat, and its chemical structure remains unchanged. Ghee’s sweet aroma and enhanced flavor make it a healthier, flavorful choice with the added benefit of requiring less quantity than other oils.
